Why Discover Your Spiritual Gifts

Written by James Nored

There are so many reasons for discovering your Spiritual gifts! God has made each of us uniquely, and our Spiritual gifts are a "grace" which God has given us (Eph. 4:7). When used, they bring blessings and joys to us and others. In a Spiritual Gifts Survey, those who had gone through a Spiritual Gifts Assessment said that they believed that if most of the church went through the Strengths and Spiritual gifts process:

Discovering Your Spiritual Gifts:

  • The church would be able to better fulfill our mission and reach the lost (58%)
  • More people would be active and serving in ministries (79%)
  • More people would be actively serving God and others more fully in their personal lives (77%)
  • Most marriages and/or family interactions would be improved due to better understanding (42%)

Below is the survey from the above data came. This survey was conducted at the Liberty Church of Christ, where James Nored developed much of his Spiritual gifts material. The research results are found in parentheses at the end of each question response.
